This may include the date and time of website visits, the content viewed or searched for and the length of time certain pages are viewed. No further data is collected unless you choose to directly make contact with us.

When you visit our websites you have the option to join our mailing list, and to sign up to alerts about new blog posts.

When you join the mailing list we will request additional personal details (email, location, job title) so that we can effectively provide you with the service you are requesting.

We retain the information that you supply us with when you sign up to our mailing list

Should you communicate with us beyond this we may retain any details that you supply us with and keep records of our interactions such as:-

*Email list*

KO operates an email mailing list which is used to inform subscribers of upcoming events and other news which we deem may be of interest. Users subscribe through an online process with their name, email address, closest city, and job role. All details are held securely in the UK on a password protected platform and never sold to a third party.

 

*Blog list*

When signing up for our mailing list you can opt to receive blog alerts (an email to let you know a new blog post has been published). If you request this service your supplied information will also be used in order to deliver this.

All subscribers to our list have the opportunity to opt out at any time. The option to remove yourself from our lists is available at the bottom of KO’s email campaigns. You can simply click this link and follow the instructions to be removed from our list. If you wish to email us and request an ‘opt-out’ from our mailing list please contact us at contact@counsellingandtraining.co.uk.

If you contact us via the website with regards to supply of Counselling or Supervisory services, you will not be added to our general email or blog lists. All information entered via our websites may be stored in a secure CRM database that is only accessible to those administering the requested service/s.

KO utilises the services ‘OpenCRM’, and hosts sites via ‘Wordpress’.

All information entered into KO’s database is stored securely until such a time that you request to be removed from the list, or we have been unsuccessful in delivering correspondence to you on three occasions.
